The best way to switch your CRM integration is by creating a new account then selecting your new CRM as your primary integration! The benefit of creating a new account is it allows you to not lose any tools you had configured in your old account until you recreate them in your new account.

Step 1: Create a new account

  • Login to your PlusThis account
  • Select Manage User
  • Select Accounts
  • Select Add a New Account

Step 2: Copy over Tools

  • Login to both PlusThis accounts
  • Start copying tools over to your new account
  • Copy over any settings from your old account

Step 3: Cancel your Account

  • Login to your old PlusThis account
  • Select Manage Account
  • Select Cancel Account
