Twilio doesn’t let us know at the moment when a contact has opted out of text messages. Instead, the next time PlusThis tries to send an SMS to that contact, Twilio will let us know that the contact has opted out, and we will apply the tag in Infusionsoft.
You can use the Trigger a Webhook action to trigger the PlusThis feature. Make sure to select “Post” and not “Get” in the action. Then paste the URL that PlusThis gives you for use in the action.
